Digital Product Nature

All products available on Zurfullstack — including boilerplates, UI kits, data engineering packs, system design guides, DevOps workflows, and testing suites — are delivered instantly in digital format. Because of this, they are considered “used” once downloaded or accessed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not offered due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods. However, a refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
